We have posted some last minute shows. We were kind of bummed that we got our shows cancelled in Austin at The Austin Woman's Film, Music & Literary Festival. So we took on some last minute shows with some friends. Thursday, May 29th we will be at Bar 11 with The Heroine. We are scheduled at 1130pm or so. Then Friday, May 30th we will be playing at Ruta Maya with De Los Muertos. We hope to see all our friends come out and support us. As always, we will have cds, t-shirts and buttons available at the show, so buy our swag. See you soon.

Ledaswan has completed their new track for the song "Where Birds Go". This will be on a the Local 782: You are Here, We are Here compilation. This will be available as a digital release in June. There will be a big cd release party on June 19, 20, and 21st to celebrate it's release. Now, as to where you can get this compilation; It will be availabel on iTunes, Amazon.com, eMusic, and Rhapsody. Please help support local music and pick up this great cd of local San Antonio music.

We will also be playing our new song live on Great Day SA on June 18th. Great Day SA is a local morning show here in San Antonio shown on KENS 5. We will let you know the exact time it is show soon as soon as we get some more details.

Also want to wish a belated Happy Birthday to our drummer Delrick. If you see him, tell him Happy Birthday.

Ledaswan recently did a live performance on KSYM. Thanks to Anthony and KSYM for having us on. Also a big thank you to the guys from Id for getting our sound done at the last minute.

Ledaswan has been awarded 2 awards in the San Antonio Current Music Issue Poll. Erica Gutierrez won Best Singer Songwriter and our album
Verse of Truth Trash and Beauty was voted best album. Thank you to everyone that voted for us. We appreciate your support.
We will be playing a free show at The Mix tonight. A celebration of our Rammy awards. The show is free, so come have a drink with us.
We go on at 11pm. Fin Del Mar plays at midnight.

Ledaswan is happy to announce we will be opening up for Jim Ward, singer of the band Sparta on Saturday, Feb 16th. The whole show will be acoustic, so we are preparing a special acoustic set. We hope you come out and join us for a great show. Also on the bill is Jason Stiles (Cemetary Hips, Cinderleaf) and The Secret Lives of Sparrows. Doors open at 7pm, Ledaswan goes on at 8:30pm so be there early.
It's at Rock Bottom Tattoo Bar. Tickets available at the door. $10 adults, $12 minors

"Verse of Truth Trash and Beauty" is complete.

The cd release party is all set for Nov 16th at Rock Bottom. The bill will include our friends Transfers and Meryll from Austin. Ledaswan has a feature story in this month's Edge Magazine so be sure to pick it up. Many thanks to Toni, Steve for featuring us in their great magazine and to Elizabeth for spending some time with us and writing a great story. The magazine is out now, available everywhere in San Antonio. Also make sure to pick up next weeks issue of 210SA as we will also have a feature story in that. Comes out next Wednesday. We've put up 2 songs from our new album that you can preview in the Music page. We will put up more songs for you to preview as the show gets closer.

Our album has finally been sent off for mixing!!!

We would like to give a big thank you to our friend Joe for helping us get all the tracks ready for mixing. So here are some details. The album will have a total of 7 tracks on it. The release date has now been moved to November, most liekly the week before Thanksgiving. Look for us to be playing all over the place after it comes out. Until then we have some upcoming shows, please check the shows page.

The album will be sent off for mixing this week. We are still looking for a release date in October.

Ledaswan will be taking new band photos today. These will be for the new cd. Our good firend Paul will be taking them and we will post them as soon as we have them. Also we are excited to announce we will be opening up for one of our favorite bands: Lydia. The show will be Fri Oct 5th. These guys (and girl) are amazing. You must see them i a small club before they hit bigger venues.

This news is a little late for those of you who saw us at Ruta Maya. David Monzon has joined Ledaswan.

We have finished all the tracking finally!!! We will be sending it off to a friend in Seattle for mixing and we should have it all set for release in October. Later than originally planned, but it was well worth the wait. I hope you have enjoyed the video diary with clips from the recording of our ep. We will continue to post clips of live shows and such. Please keep visiting us. We have a show coming up, please come out.
